Our Process

Stage 1

Potential client should have a good idea of their budget and should be pre-qualified through a lender. If paying cash, what they are allotting plus additional reserves for potential overages.

Stage 2

Consultation which will include picking out a floor plan, gathering details as far as timeline and living arrangements, lot locations, etc.

Stage 3

Once everything previously discussed has been locked in, we will get final quotes from vendors to make sure we get pricing that is as accurate as possible to avoid price volatility. After that we will submit plans to the county or municipality for permitting review.

Stage 4

Plans have been approved and we begin the building process. You will have a schedule of events and access to our scheduling software that will have up to date timelines and notifications if/when there are delays or modifications to the timeline.

Stage 5

After construction has begun, we will set up an appointment with our design studio partner so you can select fixtures and finishing including cabinets, flooring, tiling and counters.

Stage 6

We are committed to keep in regular contact with you throughout the building process. This will include updates at a minimum of once a week or as often as necessary.
